I love to check out the baking blogs. So many great ideas. I will post them soon. I saw these little pans in a cookbook by Warren Brown. I thought it was a great idea. I had these in a drawer in my kitchen and will try them soon. Maybe I'll put ice cream in them...mmmm

the little cups worked out great...you just have to butter them really well. I will try them again.
